Modernized Haiti — The new land in recognition of the hidden truth due to slavery and colonization — The Awaken Levi — Welcome to the illuminated nation, HAYAHTI
The word Hayat means to live as to be life itself. The word Hayati means vital and also biological. Hayati is an Arabic word meaning “my life.” It comes from “haya” which can mean “life, lifeblood, or animation.” The equivalent word for Hayati in Hebrew is Hayim.
The Levi (Lawaya) acknowledgment of Haiti — “Hayahti”
As of This date, Haiti shall be known as Hayahti. Hayahti recognizes itself as the modern nation of Levi. Levi is one of the twelve tribes of Israel. This here below is the prophecy of Levi from the Old Testament. Genesis 49:5–7 5. Simeon and Levi are brethren; instruments of cruelty are in their habitations. These two tribes share One Island… The tribe of Simeon, the so-called Dominicans… and the tribe of Levi, the so-called Haitians. There are lots of studies done in order to understand this phenomenon. Here below are a few links where one may read and research in order to understand the truth. The laws discussed below shall be modernized and simplified by a group of intellectual scholars. The scholars will be from all the tribes of Israel today. The scholars who will be from the Levi tribe are to be the head of each scholar group. For every department of study, there shall be a group of scholars to analyze and apply this document. This document should be the template of governance for all the tribes of Israel. Throughout all the tribes of Israel today, a group of Levis shall be appointed to the study and governance of its nation respectively. Here below is a list of the tribes of Israel and who they represent today in our generation.
Judah — The North American Negroes
Benjamin — West Indies
Levi — Haitians
Simeon — Dominicans
Zebulon — Guatemala to Panama
Ephraim — Puerto Ricans
Manasseh — Cubans
Gad — North American Indians/Natives

Please be advised that the list above is finalized for the era of the Atlantic slave trade and after. There is still a remnant of the tribes in the African continent. There are lots of studies done to identify the so-called “the lost tribes of Israel.” The list here is given by the white supremacy elite. There are studies against it and for it. Having that there are members of the elite that share and promote this knowledge it is of best interest to dig into it for our benefits. There are lots of mysteries in this world. Let us take advantage of this mystery and recreate our nation for the means of success and prosperity.
Hayahti is now fully in recognition that they are Levi from the twelve tribes of Israel. As Levi, our duty was and still is to teach the laws and show the world the true definition of love. The first revolution made by Hayahti (Haiti) destroyed the physical enslavement of the people of Levi. Due to the success of this revolution, many countries of this earth fought to proclaim their own freedom. The African continent recognizes Hayahti (Haiti) as the catalyst to freedom from the colonizers. Hayahti created a storm of revolutions that changed the world in an economical, governmental, and social manner. Freedom fighters from around the globe grew and stood up their grounds as they fought for their rights and more. Racism, segregation, police brutality, social injustices, and many more became an awareness as the many life-changing revolutions transformed the world. Hayahti fighting for liberty gave the world the voice of love through righteousness. In order for Hayahti to regain its position as the child of the ALMIGHTY CREATOR YAHUAH, it must return to the laws. A new rebellion is at hand. This rebellion is to free us all from the physiological effects of slavery and spiritual downfalls. The world is now at a state where right is wrong and wrong is right. Hayahti (Haiti) is one of the poorest countries of this great earth. Having that said, after all the success, Hayahti is now the tail and not the head. Here lies below a new constitution along with a new guideline for the nation of Hayahti (Haiti). This will be biblically based on the laws and is done to enrich the nation as one. One for all and all for one, we shall now make our motto (L’union fait la force — Unity makes strength -) our reality. This document is completed to modernize the laws of the Levites. The laws are to be applied by Hayahti (Haiti) as a nation in order to rise again and regain dominance, success, pride, and rightful status.
The three branches of government are Executive, Legislative, and Judicial. The president of Hayahti who is the head of the island shall be given the laws of the people. The laws of and for the king will apply to the president. The Legislative branch is to implement the laws illustrated here. This branch has to be a group of men that are God-fearing, honest, and knowledgeable. The legislative branch together is congress and the house. Congress is to execute the laws as for the house is to create them through biblical guidelines. The executive branch is to deal with presidential affairs, international resource consulting, and security. The judicial branch is literally the physical enforcers of the laws. The Hayahti judicial branch will include, judges, military, and police. The three branches will not act the same as the outside world. The union between the three branches will be linked and communed with the use of the 613 commandments of the bible. The new government will modernize the laws in order to create a successful independent powerhouse. From recognizing the truth and reading this document, each governmental branch will focus on their duties. The nation of Hayahti (Haiti) shall become the head and not the tail.
The laws below are strictly for the president of Hayahti (Haiti). The selected group of scholars will revamp these for modernization.
The King
Not to curse a ruler, that is, the King or the head of the College in the land of Israel (Ex. 22:27).
To appoint a king (Deut. 17:15).
Not to appoint as ruler over Israel, the one who comes from non-Israelites (Deut. 17:15).
That the King shall not acquire an excessive number of horses — (horses back then were in use for transportation; therefore this applies to vehicles of transportation of today such as cars, boats, jets, and etc…) (Deut. 17:16).
That the King shall not take an excessive number of wives.
That he shall not accumulate an excessive quantity of gold and silver (Deut. 17:17).
That the King shall write a scroll of the Torah for himself, in addition to the one that every person should write, so that he writes two scrolls (Deut. 17:18). See Torah.
The Constitution of Hayahti
Laws for the Levites
Deuteronomy 18: 1–8… The law explains that the Levites shall not inherit land but YAHUAH himself. The law also explains that the Levites shall be given the tithes as pay. The remnant of the sacrifices spoken in the verses is equivalent to equity in our modern world. YAHUSHA HAMASHIACH (CHRIST) fulfilled the laws of sacrifice and therefore we no longer need to sacrifice animals. With that being said, tithes replace the sacrifices. The Levi tribe of today, Hayahti, shall inherit government grants, tithes, and many more. The law of yesterday applies to today in the means whereas Hayahti continues its duty as the priesthood of Christ. Having that Levi inherits YAHUAH, whichever is for YAH is for the Levis. Malachi 3:10 — Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.
Christ our Lord, YAHUSHA came and replaced all that is known as sacrifices. Hayahti shall be born again as the nation of YAH and live to obey and teach the laws.
Deuteronomy 18: 9–14… The laws here are quite simple. To stay away from the voodoo that you do. Yes, it is true that missionaries came and forced Christianity unto you. The Christianity that was forced through Catholicism is also voodoo. They forced a whitewashed version of the Holy Scriptures. They gave you Jesus aka Zeus instead of YAHUSHA. They gave you Christmas, Easter, Halloween, and many other man-made traditions instead of the Holy days and feasts of YAHUAH.
Deuteronomy 18: 9–14
9 When you come to the land that the Lord your God is giving you, never learn the disgusting practices of those nations. 10 You must never sacrifice your sons or daughters by burning them alive, practice black magic, be a fortune teller, witch, or a sorcerer, 11 cast spells, ask ghosts or spirits for help, or consult the dead. 12 Whoever does these things is disgusting to the Lord. The Lord your God is forcing these nations out of your way because of their disgusting practices. 13 You must have integrity in dealing with the Lord your God. 14 These nations you are forcing out listen to fortune tellers and to those who practice black magic. But the Lord your God won’t let you do anything like that.
The Levis were brought to the islands during the times of slavery in the 1500s and after. The Levis were brought to Ayiti as slaves to work the land and create its richness. Slavery is the punishment given to the Israelites due to sin, disobedience of the laws. Deuteronomy 28: 15–68 explains it all clearly. In modern Hayahti (Haiti), the nation of Levi shall obey YAHUAH and break the curse. The nation shall abolish voodoo and Christianity and take back the laws given by YAH. YAH never made religion, instead, HE was and is the KING of our nation. YAH rules over us as King and GOD. HE is ELOHIM, THE ALMIGHTY CREATOR. The laws given to us Levi are for us to learn, teach, practice, meditate upon, and acknowledge. We are a nation with the rule book/guideline of life itself. We are to be scientists, doctors, teachers, engineers, government officials, and many more. These titles above are just a sample of positions that carry a nation as a community in love and harmony.
Levi, The new Hayahti (Haiti)
Art 1 — The Island is shared by two brothers, Levi and Simeon. The Dominican Republic is of Simeon and should be the rightful owners of the land. That is so due to the fact that Levi does not inherit land but YAH HIMSELF. However, knowing that YAH is of the inheritance of Levi, The Island shall be governed by Hayahti (Haiti). The political, social, economic, and cultural laws should be biblically based. The laws should relate to the world of today. An educative team of YAH fearing man shall sit in unity when adopting the laws of the bible to today’s society’s terms and conditions.
Art 2 — The Dominican Republic should come into cooperation for the development of the side of Hayahti. The remaining ten brothers of Israel should participate in reshaping the Island. The Island will be designed as a designated resort location and be the base of the new temple. The Island as a whole should adopt Judaism and claim its righteous status as the Hebrew Levi. Judaism and Jews themselves will recognize Haiti for the Holocaust support, the freedom of slaves of many countries, and the rise of North America as a global power.
Art 3 — Due to the fact that Levi does not inherit the land, all of Levi (Haiti), shall be expanded to the brothers of Israel. Immigration in the countries of the 10 brothers is to be opened to accept Haitians (Levis) by all means. There shall not be a barrier in language, morals/values, and cultural upbringing. The 613 biblical laws will be reviewed by a team of scholars in order to be implanted in an island of freedom. There shall not be any racism, segregation, nor any other means of unrighteousness. The island as a whole should be the source of life, peace, and freedom. Jewish holy days will be reviewed in a manner that matches the laws of the holy feasts. The land will only celebrate biblical based holy days. The chosen group of Levi scholars shall review the laws below and modernized them as per protocol.
The Feasts and Sabbaths
The New Moons are to be observed to set YAHUAH’s Feasts. (Exodus 12:2) (Deuteronomy 16:1)

The bible is the historical stamp of YAHUAH’s love on earth and is not to be treated as a book of religion. The Old Testament is to be obeyed by all means. The New Testament is ongoing for the prophecies are yet to be fulfilled and shall only be used as a reference. The Torah is the main focus of Hayahti.
Prophecy
To heed the call of every prophet in each generation, provided that he neither adds to nor takes away from the Torah (Deut. 18:15).
Not to prophesy falsely (Deut. 18:20).
Not to refrain from putting a false prophet to death nor to be in fear of him (Deut. 18:22).
Art 5 — YAHUAH IS THE ONLY GOD, KING, ELOHIM, the ALMIGHTY CREATOR. Jesus aka Zeus aka Baal aka Amon-Ra shall no longer be praised, worshipped, mentioned, or even whispered about. YAHUSHA is the correct name of the son of YAH. YAH IS SALVATION is the exact meaning of YAHUSHA. YESHUA OR YAHSHUA will be an accepted term for the name of the SON for it is based on Modern Hebrew. It is known that Yahweh is affiliated to paganism in translation and transliteration. YAHUAH is the only acceptable name for our FATHER THE CREATOR. These biblical laws shall be followed. Failure of these laws and committing Idolatry will result in imprisonment. These laws below do not have alternatives and are to be strictly obeyed.

A group of scholars is to review these laws above in order to apply them to today’s society.

No names within the island should be associated with paganism or colonization. The old churches and temples should all be destroyed. The statues, wood, and idolatrous objects shall be burned. The island as a whole should rebuild churches, altars, temples, and places of worship. The Dominican Republic side of the island will go under the same treatment. The island as a whole should unify in the love and worship of CHRIST, YAHUSHA.
Art 9 — The leaders of the priesthood should follow the laws within the Torah. These here are the laws of the temple and the priesthood. A group of educated scholars will be assigned to rationalized and innovate these laws. The laws should not change nor alter for favoritism or economic growth. In fact, no law within this document shall be tempered with for any type of gain or loss.

Art 10 — The laws of sacrifices from the Torah are no longer in practice for CHRIST DIED AND RESURRECTED. YAHUSHA FULFILLED THOSE LAWS AND IS NOW THE SUPREMEST. With that being said, we are now in the period of grace. This law here is key and must be taken seriously.
Matthew 5:17–19 — The Fulfillment of the Law
17 “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. 18 For truly I tell you until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished. 19 Therefore anyone who sets aside one of the least of these commands and teaches others accordingly will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
Art 11 — The police department of Hayahti should be divided into different sectors for different communal purposes. These here will be the new sectors of policemen: environmental, social, security, and agricultural. The sectors of the police department will each have different uniforms. The uniforms will be color-coded and all will contain the blue ribbon fringes as directed by the law. None of these sectors should have injustices, unfair balances, and degrading demeanors. Anytime a member of the police department breaks the law, severe and attentive punishment must take in place. The laws should not be broken by them at all. The police department is to enforce and embrace the laws.
The environmental sector of the police department will be responsible for the cleanliness of the island, botany studies, health and safety of the animals, and regulations of chemical use within companies. This department will undertake rules and regulations on how to use the rivers and other natural resources of the island. The department will be guided by environmental and civil engineers that are experts in the field. A group of scholars will be dedicated to learning how to use the environment for the benefits of the people and also how to protect the environment from the people. (Men and women)
The social sector of the police department will be responsible for the wellbeing and upbringing of society. The department will require officials with social work and physiological education background. This department will include: substance abuse social workers, community social workers, hospice & palliative care social workers, military & veterans social workers, child- family & school social workers, psychiatric social workers, and healthcare social workers. (Men and women)
The security sector of the police department will be the typical police force the nation already have in place. There will be major changes done in the comportment of the policemen. This department cannot and should not consider hiring any woman. This department is strictly for GOD fearing man that is willing to even risk their lives for the nation. This department contains the police itself, swat team, secret services, and private officials. (Men only department)
The agricultural sector of the police department will be working hand-in-hand with the environmental sector. The agricultural department will have officials certified in botany, zoology, agriculture, and environmental studies. The agricultural department will be responsible for importing and exporting goods. The markets, grocery departments, pharmacies, and any other retail group that is affiliated to agricultural success will work together with this sector. The goal of this sector will be to secure income, stability, and the nourishment of the people. (Men and women)
The laws that are given unto us Hayahtians-Levis (old Haitians) are to uplift us into the supreme hierarchy of power. We are to be the new government of the twelve tribes of Israel. Each tribe will accommodate a number of their people as overseers of the law. The police department mentioned above should hire from all the tribes of Israel. The schools and companies within the community should hire from all the tribes of Israel. Levi should be the nation that enlists high level of authority. The high prominence within military, government, company, school, hospital, and any other subject of provision to society is to be held by the Levi.
Art 12- An education is the most important principle for the growth of a community. The education board will take into effect all the laws mentioned in this document. Every school surrounding the twelves brothers of Israel will be required to teach the laws. All children from five years old and higher is demanded to attend school. All teenagers from the age of fifteen will attend a technical school in order to learn and apply life skills. It is mandatory that all schools provided crafty extracurricular activities. All staff and students must have fringes in their uniforms. Every young adult from eighteen and older will have to volunteer for one of the sectors of the police department. The private sector who are national companies and the bourgeois should create and invest in technical schools for the youth.
Art 13 — The nation is to grow as one community in love through CHRIST. The government will create employment through agriculture, industrial, and community means. The government will consider trade with foreigners in obedience to the laws of trade and commerce. The island altogether should be prosperous by the engagement of self-perseverance. The land should reconsider trade within itself. If one family of farmers have certain crops, they should trade with those of different crops. As an example, if the Jerome family harvest grains it should be able to trade with the Joseph family that harvest fruits. The nation should be encouraged to share its own resources within themselves. The mentality of “that is mined.” should be abolished. A nation cannot grow if it is in debt to itself due to selfishness. The government should be able to find or create business internationally in regards to the lands natural resources. Foreign companies should be able to invest in the country in a way that benefits the people as a whole. There should not be a hierarchy of power due to the results of financial gain. The political party that is caught depleting the counties income should be legally trialed. These laws below are a template to what a proper government should consider when it comes to trade and commerce. Please be advised that slavery in the Old Testament was a form of employment. It is only through the brutality of the Atlantic slave-trade we now see slavery as gory and gruesome. In the times of the Old Testament slavery was just employment. The selling and buying of slaves back then were in order to grow revenue and livestock. The same way big companies buy off small companies today for revenue growth is the same way slaves were bought and sold. The slaves in the Old Testament had laws to protect them and were not treated like the ones of the Atlantic slave-trade. The times of the Atlantic slave trade is an era that defiles our minds on what slavery is. In the Old Testament when a man or woman was sold into slavery, he or she was simply set for employment. As an example, a thief was to be sold into slavery if he or she cannot pay off the debt or return what was stolen. The thief was to work for the owner or work until repayment was due. These biblical laws here shape companies of today indirectly and subliminally.

Art 24 — The nation of Hayahti and the brotherly nations will be empowered to govern themselves properly by following the laws. With that being said, a nation needs disciplinary acts in order to function. The above laws illustrates discipline, however, these laws below are set for government controls. The laws below will be applied when heavy offenses are done within the nations. These laws will apply to the vagabonds, felonies, criminals, and destructive groups within the nations. In order to keep peace and stability, the people have to respectfully fear the party in power. If one kills, kidnaps, frauds, or commit any other obstructed communal offense, these laws are to be obeyed as so. In parenthesis, the taxation of the nations should also be biblically based. A group of selected régime intellects will be assigned the duty to revolutionize these laws below.

This rule is inferred from the law of the Paschal offering, by the similarity of phrase (Ex. 12:44–45 and Lev. 22:10) but it is not explicitly set forth in the Torah. Traditionally, it has been learned that the rule that the uncircumcised must not eat holy things is an essential principle of the Torah and not an enactment of the Scribes.

Art 25 — In order for this document to take into effect, wars might be fought. In order to make these legit changes, we as a whole may have to fight out of white supremacy. We have to physically break out of the physiological effects of slavery and colonization. We have to literally break through our walls of Jericho. These laws below are the biblical laws of wars. The selected group of intellects will use these as a guideline to create a protective shield for the nations of modern Israel.
Wars
That those engaged in warfare shall not fear their enemies nor be panic-stricken by them during a battle (Deut. 3:22, 7:21, 20:3).

Not to offer peace to the Ammonites and the Moabites (In this modern world, they are the enemies of the biblical laws aka white supremacy) before waging war on them, as should be done to other nations (Deut. 23:7).
That anyone who is unclean shall not enter the Camp of the Levites (Deut. 23:11) (according to the Talmud, in the present day this means the Temple Mount).
To have a place outside the camp for sanitary purposes (Deut. 23:13).
To keep that place sanitary (Deut. 23:14–15).
Always to remember what Amalek did (Deut. 25:17).
That the evil done to us by Amalek shall not be forgotten (Deut. 25:19).
To destroy the seed of Amalek (Deut. 25:19).
Art 26 — A group of scholars is to study the times and seasons in order to set a new calendar to follow the laws of times/seasons. The same group will be in charge of studying the Sabbath in order to understand the laws. There are a set of laws not mentioned here in this document. These laws are to be researched for proper understanding. These laws are to be obeyed and not tampered with. The laws are for the Sabbatical and Jubilee Years, the Temple, the Sanctuary/Sacred Objects, and Kohanim/Levites (Priesthood). There are a total of 613 commandments in the bible. Each commandment can be applied to our society in this generation. The laws about sacrifices are fulfilled through our LORD AND SAVIOR YAHUSHA (YESHUA) CHRIST.
To conclude, Hayahti (the new Haiti), is to be ruled with fairness, respect, love, and compassion. Hayahti (Levi) as a new island shall be a child of YAHUAH made in HIS IMAGE with love in his heart. The term Hayahti will be the new name of the Island. The brothers will gather up in Hayahti for prayer, worship, and fellowship on the national day of prayer. Hayahti as an island will represent CHRIST in all aspects. The island’s food, clothing, culture, and people will adopt biblical laws as a way of living. The Haitians from abroad living internationally will be required to follow the same guidelines from whence they are. The remaining eleven brothers will have a copy of this document and will apply it in their own countries as “The Code of Law”. The nations that are not of the twelve brothers will follow our footsteps and live accordingly to the laws of our FATHER YAHUAH. This document is to be shared with all of modern Israel located on the four corners of our earth. This document is to be a template for our youth and future generations. The Sabbatical and Jubilee Years laws are to be strictly kept by all of modern Israel. The Sabbath is to be sternly kept for it is the Holy Day set by YAHUAH HIMSELF. The bible is not a religious book, but instead, it is a book of laws given to us to be set-apart as HIS CHILDREN.
